What is the minimum investment required for Greek residency?

Do I have to live in Greece to keep the residency?
No. There is no requirement to live in Greece to maintain your residency. However, for Greek citizenship, you must live in Greece for more than 183 days per year for 7 consecutive years.
Can I get Greek or EU citizenship through this program?
Yes, but only if you live in Greece full-time. That means staying in Greece for more than 183 days each year, for at least 7 years. You must also pass a language and civic exam.
Does this visa allow me to work in Greece?
No. The Golden Visa provides residency, but not the right to work as an employee. However, you may own or invest in Greek businesses.
